FlushIT.testFlushOnInactive failures

This failed 4 times in the last four days in windows and debian in master. There were no recent changes in that class, maybe @dnhatn has an idea what is the issue here. I'll mute this as a precaution. In all cases the number of uncommitted translog entries were not 0 as expected.
