[ML] Data frame batch transform - add message after auto-stop

Data frame transform batch jobs are auto-stopped, but compared to manually stopped continuous transform jobs, they are missing the message Data frame transform has stopped..

Suggestion: Add the Data frame transform has stopped. message after auto-stop as well.
