ValueBody in metamodel.ts cannot capture optional bodies.

The ValueBody type in metamodel.ts is missing a required field that would allow capturing optional bodies.

An example may be SimulateTemplateRequest (needs to be cross-checked as the docs seem to imply some required body fields).

My understanding was that the property requestBodyRequired on Endpoint was how an optional ValueBody (or PropertiesBody) was signalled to generators.
