Capture requirements for users running Elasticsearch

The Important system configuration section of the Elasticsearch docs might benefit from a page listing all of the requirements for a user running the Elasticsearch service (don't run as root, etc.).

This came up in the context of highlighting a requirement about using NFS. See @shainaraskas' summary for details.
