Why do this?

Heroku costs me $7 a month for https.
Resolving the URL is still weird. You can't access musicparsed.com - it will re-route you to www.musicpased.com

Task
Migrate MusicParsed to the free tier of Google App Engine. Apparently, that still has https.

Relates to #50 - Action was I moved to the cheapest paid tier of Heroku in order to get https
