New UI for tags feature #102

The tags feature on the home page is buttons right now (all, easy, gentle-mesa). Consider a different UI because too many tags would overflow.

One option is to have a "combo box" - you can either type input and have it autocomplete OR use it as a dropdown to see all of the tags.
