There are a few questions that I couldn’t find answers to and need input.
What’s the source of data that is received once a user scans the QR code and the certificate is verified? Is the personal information data stored in DIVOC servers, or DIVOC is just a bridge between the user and the government stored data, and DIVOC are internally calling government exposed APIs to fetch the user data?
If DIVOC is acting as a bridge between user and data stored with the government, does DIVOC stores the data that passes through their API in any form?
What’s the availability (up-time) and reliability of DIVOC APIs? Can you help us with SLA / load / performance numbers?
