Install guide:

• Install Pengu Loader.
• Download the latest release here.
• Paste the .zip contents inside of the Pengu Loader's plugin directory.
• Enable the theme in Pengu Loader as a plugin.
• Your theme should be succesfully installed now! :3

Alternatively, install manualy

• Install Pengu Loader.
• Create a folder (eg. "theme") inside the Pengu loader's plugin folder.
• Clone this repository.
• Paste the .js and .css files of the theme inside.
• Enable the theme in Pengu Loader as a plugin.
• Your theme should be succesfully installed now! :3
