Cannot GET /v2/entry

Hi

Apologies if the following seems obvious as I'm a complete newbie. Recently started playing with Hugo/Staticman for our cycle club website. After following the provided Hugo examples and other info out there (thanks @binarymist and others) I'm still getting this message....

Cannot GET /v2/entry/mshiner/bkvelo/master/signups
after posting a comment AKA a 'signup'

I'm probably (almost certainly) doing something wrong but I just cannot see it. Repo is here https://github.com/mshiner/bkvelo

Also getting the same problem as highlighted in issue #176 where the message field is being overwritten and an additional layout field added. Pull request https://github.com/mshiner/bkvelo/pull/1

Doh!!!!!.... sorted as I had an error calling the signup form from my single.html - pesky dots
