This is a breaking change, were we replace
ENABLE_LIMIT_BUILDKIT_PARALLELISMwithBUILDKIT_MAX_PARALLELISM. The idea is to allow the user to specify the actual value for the buildkit limit instead of using the current hard-coded value of 3.
