Overview Currently the Integration Test simulates a single module project where everything exists.
Most of our projects have submodules that do not use databricks-plugin at all which results in special error scenarios.
Acceptance Criteria modify the integration test to be multi-module with at least one submodule that does not use databricks-plugin.
