revealOutputChannelOn: never doesn't work

Version of VSCode: 1.13.1
Version of the extension: 0.4.0
OS: Linux

Although the revealOutputChannelOn setting is set to 'never' the output is always shown and switched to when hovering some wrong definition with a mouse (and a pressed Ctrl key).

The following error is dumped in the output console:

[Error - 6:40:25 PM] Request textDocument/definition failed.
Message: GotoDef failed to complete successfully
Code: -32601

@KalitaAlexey : I think issues like this are likely to continue being submitted until you publish a new version, as the plugin is extremely (and obnoxiously) noisy at the moment. I've built from source and found all the fixes you've submitted since 0.4.0 to work great (rust.rls's env not working was plaguing me as well); why not publish those sooner than later? (Just asking, not criticizing :-])
