Hanoi - Backport recent Compose Builder enhancement for Hanoi 1.3.1 dot release #406

Description
Recent question on using Compose Build highlighted the need to have to following Compose Builder options on the hanoi branch which have been added for Ireland WIP.
- mqtt-bus (renamed from
mqttto be more explicit) - mqtt-broker (new)
- asc-http (new)
- asc-mqtt (new)
- modbus-sim (new)
Also added fix for device-grove
the docker-compose file for device-grove should contain
devices:
- /dev/i2c-1 to work on Raspberry Pi arm64.
