How to work with uploaded file?

quick question

I can locally get this uploading a CSV file to R2 and I can see the file being stored in a bucket (thanks!)

However I don't understand how to access the data in the CSV file.

"storage.get" seems to just retrieve the meta data for the file? What if I wanted to load and parse the CSV contents?

A small example in the docs for loading files would be great if you had time!
