navigator: Newly created entries are skipped when navigating with keyboard

When creating a new file and navigating the files in the navigator using the keyboard arrows, the newly created file will be skipped over.

This doesn't seem to happen anymore. I noticed that when creating a new file, it opens automatically in the editor, shifting the focus there. I can't remember if that was the behavior previously. To go back to the navigator, one has to click in the navigator again. So maybe this resets some state and hides the issue. In any case, it's not a problem anymore.
