Feature Description:

Following #9644, if a tree-view part has been moved to a different location (different view), we should have support to reset the individual part's location through reset location.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. start the application
  2. drag-and-drop open editors to a different location (ex: debug-view)
  3. right-click open editor - there should be a command to reset location to bring it back to it's original location
