Currently, Field Watch is not supported in AOT mode on all platforms. Some platforms implemented code for it, however Power has known limitations and support is not complete.

Not that this is not very high priority, see #2668 (comment)

Referencing [1] here as it fits under this PR. Part of AOT support story will be addressing the TODO left in the code there.
