Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

If I start a devfile with 3 projects, when entering into che-theia, I've 5 notifications

Describe the solution you'd like

We should only see one notification about the import of projects

Describe alternatives you've considered

I'm not sure if we need a notification or just an entry in the status-bar

Additional context

Knowing that only 3 notifications stay visible, we should reduce at maximum the notifications of a workspace that we start for the first time, having everything already defined in the devfile.

I would argue that the progress could be in the status bar with a single "finished cloning projects a, b, c" at the end.

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so.
