Add custom icon to OpenAPI 3.0 YAML and JSON files shown in explorer views #51

Description
More icon related support. Since we added icons to the menus and wizards in #35 , we also need to customize the icon for the OpenAPI 3.0 documents, for both YAML and JSON formats so users can easily identify them.
