✨ expose missing spell fields eg damageInflict & miscTags #780

There are some missing attributes from spells that I'd like to expose for use in properties and bases.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently there is no work arounds etc.
Additional context
Ideally I'd like to expose all of the attributes similar to the Item variant property. This is largely so I can populate note properties and then filter spells for bases etc.
miscTags I was thinking could be exposed as two attributes misctags and misctagsraw. misctagsraw would just be the letters but misctags would be converted to the full tag ie HL -> Healing
I'm happy to take a crack at it.
