Dialogue beeps out of sync

Reported by both MADevil and RetroBorgo, it happens in various places of the game.

This one was verified not present in the Jap version:

To reproduce:

• load Proserpina's 3rd save from bkram_yabasanshiro_empty_dialog.bin.zip
• warp to 157-00 and walk to the left
• keep walking to the left until you meet a Mercenary, talk to him

Verified it is not related to:

• C button presses
• number of <lineend> tags in the script
• emulator audio glitches

fix found by @Mentill : the compressed string of each event file section must end with a FF.

Possible fix: detect all instances via a script and add spaces where needed
