Purpose
Improve and update the current Alert component.

Description
Alert redesign and reimplementation, including a new API.

Extra updates:

• Typescript version updated and configuration files changed to improve its behavior.
• Change most of the .js from lib to .ts.
• Now all the monorepo uses the same version of Typescript: 5.6.3.
• Relative paths updated.
