Versioning mechanism not working on 1.0.76

Hello, I tried using the versioning mechanism to gate a breaking change but unfortunately it seems the versioning mechanism itself ends up creating a breaking change since it uses the log table to get version info, so it ends up shifting the replays of events of the workflow.

If this is actually an error, is this already mapped ? Also, I'm available to help testing possible solutions if necessary.
