fix: bundle modern type2-runtime in AppImage (#16)

fix linux build.

fix: CI version from tag, add linux release permissions.

- render boolean cells as checkboxes instead of t/f strings.

- show 1 line for table cell only.
- use std::move to avoid copying query results.

add linux action.
