While the other read_*_files() do.

timezone_netcdf is not used in read_sensortran_files() and read_apsensing_files() either. Also state in the docstring which time from the measurement file is used (filename of from within the file) to verify the timezone.

@BSchilperoort could you have a look at this? Maybe in v3.1 instead of v3.0?
