Although Python 3.7 is out of the support window and a bunch of packages dropped it, there are quite a few downloads on PyPI.

Currently it seems there is no good mechanism to instruct users about outdated versions, but we need to drop 3.7 sooner or later. If anything, someday builds and testing it on CI will become harder.
