Security vulnerabilities in voyager and explorer

In the branch 8.x-3.x, both voyager and explorer are a bit dated now and there are a lot of vulnerabilities.

Run yarn audit in either folder gives you +900 vulnerabilities.

Voyager:

940 vulnerabilities found - Packages audited: 644
Severity: 498 Low | 7 Moderate | 435 High

Explorer:

922 vulnerabilities found - Packages audited: 622
Severity: 486 Low | 7 Moderate | 429 High

So we should update to the latest version for these to eliminate or completely reduce the vulnerabilities.
