Migration path from Enterprise instance of Stack Overflow

Curious if there is a migration path from an Enterprise instance of Stack Overflow. Or, if anybody has done something similar.

There's some discussion about this at #126

But basically, there's no supported way to migrate from another system as of now. It would be nice to get some scripts or CLI tool for the migration now that it's possible to call the Backstage APIs with static API tokens: backstage/backstage#24257

I cannot participate in this work much as I don't have access to any systems like StackOverflow to do migration from so it's pretty hard to test things. Of course I can try to help as much as possible if someone takes this challenge :)
