feat: add field annotations support, "Show All Fields" option, and fix DBML import parsing issues

This PR implements two key features and fixes an issue during the import of DBML files:

1. Modify the control scope of the “show comments” function to not only manage table comments but also add the ability to control the display or hiding of field annotations.

2. Add a new feature called Show All Fields.” If this option is enabled, all fields will be displayed; if it is disabled, only the first 10 fields will be shown by default. 3. [Import From DBML] Fix the errors that occur during the import of DBML files, which are related to parsing issues concerning field lengths and precision.
