Pull Request Overview
This PR updates OSX Helix queue configurations to use OSX.13 instead of OSX.12 for SuperPMI collection setup. This change aligns the testing infrastructure with newer macOS versions.
- Updates OSX Helix queue versions from OSX.1200 to OSX.13 for both ARM64 and AMD64 architectures
