@dotnet/area-infrastructure-libraries just curious what all these many emsdk feeds are being added for.

@lewing I'm seeing this PR and the build triggered for 9e88f03 failing with:

dotnet-install: Installed version is 9.0.106
...
** Installing sdk 9.0.105 for workload based tests into D:\a\_work\1\s\artifacts\bin\dotnet-none\
...
The command could not be loaded, possibly because:
    * You intended to execute a .NET application:
The application '--version' does not exist.
    * You intended to execute a .NET SDK command:
A compatible .NET SDK was not found.

  Requested SDK version: 9.0.106
  global.json file: D:\a\_work\1\s\global.json

  Installed SDKs:

Install the [9.0.106] .NET SDK or update [D:\a\_work\1\s\global.json] to match an installed SDK.

I think https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/pull/115855/files#diff-8df3cd354bc584349d04ad5675b33c042d8b99b741b8b95af394c55e0f5001bfR8 introduced the 9.0.106 SDK. Looks like that PR had this failure.
