Source build leg is timing out in official build

It looks like everything in this pipeline got significantly slower since ~last week. Unclear whether this could be machine slowdown, or if some core part of the product is now slower

I couldn't figure out the best area label to add to this issue. If you have write-permissions please help me learn by adding exactly one area label.
