I think this might be related to the test logic in xunit. Per your comment, the test was already disabled, so I doubt that the PR you merged had an effect. I created a new PR #124076 to probe disabling runtime async on Apple mobile since the failure is happening in System.Runtime.Tests.

The crash dump for App terminated due to signal is uploaded in the artifacts as an .ips file and could be parsed using Xcode.
