This is an outer loop test which takes longer time to execute. Looks like arm64 is slow to execute it with the default time limits of the remote executor.

Microsoft.DotNet.RemoteExecutor.RemoteExecutionException : Half-way through waiting for remote process.

We may consider increasing the remote executor time out value for these tests.
