@tannergooding Intrinsic importation for Vector128.AsVector4(Vector128<Single>) isn't supported, therefore we fallback to the managed call?

It's looks like it's the simd path in the mono windows amd64 JIT BitCast intrinsic that is failing, I think falling back to managed there should be fine for that specific case.
