I suggest closing this PR, it is too broad and not actionable. Most of the timeouts occur on servicing branches and extra platforms. Closing it shouldn't block PRs on main, and where a timeout occurs a specific KBE should be created so we can act on it and increase the timeout for that case.

Closing the issue, we fixed some apple mobile related timeouts in #131765 and as mentioned by Milos, this error mesage is too broad as it can match any workload timeout (including desktop and wasm). If this issue re-appears, we can open a new KBE issue and include some mobile specific strings (e.g., queue name) in the
ErrorMessagefield which supports array of strings.
