ControlFlowGraph for Nested Functions like local or lambda

Hi,
For some static analysis work i need to create ControlFlowGraph for different type of callable items. Here is my example code snippet to build ControlFlowGraph

    ControlFlowGraph? CreateCFG(SyntaxNode node, SemanticModel semanticModel)
    {
        switch (node)
        {
            case MethodDeclarationSyntax:
            case ConstructorDeclarationSyntax:
            case DestructorDeclarationSyntax:
            case OperatorDeclarationSyntax:
            case AccessorDeclarationSyntax:
            {
                return ControlFlowGraph.Create(node, semanticModel);
            }
            case LocalFunctionStatementSyntax:
            case SimpleLambdaExpressionSyntax:
            case ParenthesizedLambdaExpressionSyntax:
            case AnonymousMethodExpressionSyntax:
            {

                // return ControlFlowGraph.Create(node, semanticModel);
                return null;
            }
            default:

Trace

 System.ArgumentException: Given operation has a non-null parent. (Parameter 'operation')

   at Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.FlowAnalysis.ControlFlowGraph.CreateCore(IOperation operation, String argumentNameForException, CancellationToken cancellationToken)

   at Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.FlowAnalysis.ControlFlowGraph.Create(SyntaxNode node, SemanticModel semanticModel, CancellationToken cancellationToken) 

How can i get ControlFlowGraph for these nodes

1. LocalFunctionStatementSyntax
2. SimpleLambdaExpressionSyntax
3. ParenthesizedLambdaExpressionSyntax
4. AnonymousMethodExpressionSyntax

I can see 2 related methods, but they are not static

public ControlFlowGraph GetAnonymousFunctionControlFlowGraph(IFlowAnonymousFunctionOperation anonymousFunction, CancellationToken cancellationToken = default)

public ControlFlowGraph GetLocalFunctionControlFlowGraph(IMethodSymbol localFunction, CancellationToken cancellationToken = default)

How can i use them?
