Advanced Mode for Project Properties UI

Now that we have made it so easy to add properties to the UI, I expect we will see more and more over time.

This is both good for the user, in that it helps surface new capabilities of the ecosystem. At the same time it creates visual clutter and the potential for confusion.

One strategy to deal with this would be to use the "advanced mode" we had previously discussed, so that certain properties are only displayed if the user opts in to seeing them.

Advanced properties would still be present in search results even when advanced mode is disabled.

This would mean we could revert #7509 and keep properties in the section that best applies to them.

I think this also solves the problem we mentioned before were we thought of a "Most Used" section at the top. Instead, the 'Simple' view would simply be what people generally are going to use, and the 'Advanced' view shows everything.

One thing to consider is properties may adapt/change when going from Simple to Advanced. A good example is the Version property. This would be available in the Simple view but in Advanced it is split into every individual version property we have (FileVersion, AssemblyVersion, etc.) Or, we just add those and still keep Version. It depends on what best represents it.

We could still have a section for commonly used properties. They are not mutually exclusive. But I agree this may help somewhat.
