This PR addresses the UI test image failures that occurred in the net10 branch #31296 and includes updates to improve rendering and test stability across platforms.

  • Replaced snapshots for the following test cases: Slider_SetMinTrackColorAndValue_VerifyVisualState, Slider_SetValueAndMinTrackColor_VerifyVisualState, SliderThumbImageShouldRespectColor, ActionSheetWithManyActionsShouldDisplayProperly.
  • Added iOS failing condition for: CorrectItemShouldBeSelectedWhenOpeningPicker, ShouldDisplayPickerItemsWhenOpeningPicker.
  • VerifyScrollViewWithScrollToPositionMakeVisibleAndEditorContent for this test cases changed IsSpellCheckEnabled to false.
