[iOS] Indicator view does not render properly at load time when height and width value like 20 or above within the indicator template.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the sample.
2. Ensure the indicator view displays without cropping the indicator view item

Supposedly this is still happening, and I wonder if it is just being cropped as the size is quite small on this one: #17831
