I use a nuget called ixxat that produces a folder called vcinet with a dll inside.
This folder is directly in my bin folder but in MAUI, when I run the app, it is using AppX folder.
So my vcinet is not in the AppX folder. So I put it on my .sln as a resource with "always copy". So now I have the folder in the AppX folder.
When I launch the app in Debug mode, it's OK, it found it and can use it.
When I launch the app in Release mode it's KO, it found it but can't use it. If I copy the dll myself from Debug or source files in the release bin folder, then it works.
I compared the 2 dll with CLI and it said no difference.
The problem is when I publish the app, the folder is not accessible (WindowsApps/appId/). I tried to install the app in another folder but I found MSIX can't install in another folder than WindowsApps.
So my dll can't be used in deployed mode.
Do you have any ideas to resolve my problem ?
Thanks a lot
Close reason : Some dependency with the dll was not included in release. If copied too, it's ok
