Get-DbContext (without -Context) isn't script friendly

The Format-Table call doesn't return the original objects so you can't use them for further scripting. I think we can use a [formatting file](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/developer/format/writing-a-powershell-formatting-file) to make it both pretty and scriptable.
