Alpine Floating Tags Updated to Alpine 3.21

In the January 2025 servicing release, Alpine 3.21 container images were published. For today's February 2025 servicing release, we've updated all Alpine floating tags to target Alpine 3.21 instead of Alpine 3.20 according to our tagging policy.

Per the .NET Docker platform support policy, Alpine 3.20 images will no longer be maintained starting on May 13, 2025.

Please review the Alpine 3.21 changelog for more details on changes that were made in this version of Alpine.

The affected floating tags use this naming pattern:

• <version>-alpine (e.g. 9.0-alpine)
• <version>-alpine-<variant> (e.g. 9.0-alpine-extra)
• <version>-alpine-<arch> (e.g. 9.0-alpine-amd64)
• <version>-alpine-<variant>-<arch> (e.g. 9.0-alpine-extra-amd64)
