Summary
Improve the intro
Currently there is a giant half page note at the start of the article. Changed this to just flow into text and removed non-relevant information.
Featured two community tools by the following members

Renamed and reoganized the sections from "Detect with REG/CODE/POWERSHELL" to "Detect 4.5+ / 1.1-4.0"
For 4.5 moved the registry table to the top of the 4.5 section instead of buried in the registry instructions. This is better since all avenues for detection (code, powershell, etc) all use the registry.
