TCPStats and QuicStats returned by Http Sys IHttpSysRequestInfoFeature is only returning cached results while trying to query it.

TCPStats and QuicStats returned by Http Sys IHttpSysRequestInfoFeature to have f;ag to take snapshots every ms ( ms defined by user) or have a mode n which it returns latest snapshot.

For long running responses, we need the ability to query the connection features multiple times as TCP stats are dynamic and change over long running sessions. The bare minimum is once at start and once at end but for deeper investigation potentially after every large write operation.

I don't think that's how Http.Sys works. We get a pointer to an http request that has a pointer to request info on it. The request info pointer can't change underneath us as that could break code that is actively looking through it, and I'm not aware of any functions in Http.Sys that let us re-query request info.

Per below response from http.sys team, it is possible to get updated data.

The request info is generated when the request is created, and it is just a snapshot at that time.

You can get updated stats while the response is being sent using HttpQueryRequestProperty on the request id with the appropriate property, HttpRequestPropertyTcpInfoV0/HttpRequestPropertyTcpInfoV1/HttpRequestPropertyTcpInfoV2/HttpRequestPropertyQuicStats/HttpRequestPropertyQuicStatsV2/HttpRequestPropertyQuicStreamStats.
