Fluent Design: Tabs in TitleBar

With the new Fluent UI Design update, we pushed the tabs into the TitleBar:

This better uses space and provides more area for the content of the app preview/editor. However, we weren't sure about leaving the Title for the app on the left as traditional due to the NavigationView change in #30, so we made the drag handle for the app and the title of the app placed on the upper-right.
