Update to work with newest templates #36
Description
The new project templates have been updated and there are several changes that affect this lab.
Please create sub-issues for major changes. Some of the top things are:
- Ingestion cache has been eliminated. This means there's no sqlite dependency and we may not want to include postgres either since it would be net-new to the template now.
- App is now using .NET Aspire 9.3
Note that the project template can target .NET 8 for more stable runtime requirement, but we don't want to downgrade he projects. If possible, continue to target .NET 9 since that is the most modern release.
In addition to the code changes, the documentation needs to be reviewed and updated. Please create sub-issues or major changes.
