Clean up and rename experience plugin to telemetry

Cleanup

The experience plugin was originally designed to do more than just deliver telemetry information about the dotCMS system. We need to clean up the plugin, removing any functions unrelated to telemetry/metrics.

The following functionality definitely needs to be removed from the plugin:

• DB wipe functionality
• Pendo

In addition, we need to review the plugin, and determine if there's any other functionality that isn't needed to deliver the telemetry metrics.

Rename

The plugin needs to be renamed from experience to telemetry.
