Edit EMA: Show 404 Page When Editing Non Existent Pages

User Story

As a dotCMS user, I want to be able to see a 404 page when I try to edit a page that doesn't exist, so I can easily identify that the page I'm trying to edit doesn't exist.

Important

Design is coming, for now just add a 404 not found text.

Acceptance Criteria

1. When the user tries to edit a page that doesn't exist, a 404 page should be displayed.
2. The 404 page should include a message that the page doesn't exist.
