[UI] Create a dropdown to switch variants in Edit Mode

In Edit Mode, we need a Dropdown to switch fast between variants of the current experiment.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make works the functionality of adding, editing, deleting, and viewing variants.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Reuse the components of the dropdown of Edit Mode.

Acceptance criteria

• Working dropdown with Icon, data (variants), and Output event of selected.
